A CTO's hired (who speaks native language in russian but badly in English. After he joined the company, he scheduled a 1-1 meetings with everyone. Not for the good things but for the preparing of the serial layoffs and putting his speaking russian friends into the company without any interviews. He brought to the company what his country is representing: un-trustworthy; abusing of power from himself and his speaking russian friends; racializing his coworkers from India, Vietnam; ... He and his speaking russian friends disrepect Vietnamese colleagues but they choose Viet Nam as a place of living as parasites. To work with these ugly people, please be protect yourselves by looking for another working places; collect things that will protect you as bad things against you. To who applied for a CTO position and fail, it's not you're not skillful enough but because they want a completely white BOD.
