Allow me to address a few points that were brought up. - Bosses and leaders were afraid that juniors would become better I believe in hiring people who are smart, with a great attitude and want to succeed in their life. Everyone should improve together. Naturally some will improve at a faster pace so I don't see why we should be upset if a junior can eventually become better than seniors. In fact, I strongly encourage that to happen because over here in Swag Soft, It is not about seniority. It is about how good and how much you have contributed to the company. I hope this is very clear. - No respect for employees I respect everyone of our members, no matter how young or old, how experienced or inexperienced. If you felt someone has disrespected you, I would encourage you to share with me, the details. - Interns got to pay Interns have always been paid because I never believe in people working for free. So I would like to know why this comment was made and please clarify. - Low salary for a start-up We conduct a pay revision for our members every year. When you mention low, it can be very subjective. What is low to you might be fine for others. If you felt that you deserve a higher salary, why not discuss with us instead? We have always operated based on how much a person has contributed to the company and this takes time. I wonder if you think you have spent enough time with us for us to see your contributions? If yes, please each out to us to clarify. I do hope and urge to you to come forward to reply with your name since I am addressing this with sincerity. It also allows us to verify your identity. Mọi người không nên tin mớ review seeding bên dưới. Công ty trả lương khá thấp hơn mặt bằng chung, sếp hay hứa hẹn và cho ăn bánh vẽ, bussiness đang bị ảnh hưởng bởi covid. Mọi người không nên vào có thể ra đi khi công ty không kham nổi

When COVID hit us, I remembered making a promise to the company in February that everyone's job is secure and safe because of the right decisions our management has made collectively over the years and of course with great support from our team in Vietnam. All businesses are affected regardless worldwide as I am sure you would know. So we are not the only one. but things picked up quickly for us because we have a great reputation and a hardworking team. Also during the COVID, we also ensure all our staffs welfare are taken care of. We were prepared to make sure everyone can w ork from home safely and supported everyone throughout such as offering to pay for their utility bills for the entire month. We were prepared to support more if necessary should the situation worsens. When you mentioned that we broke promises, please clarify which promises did we break? I would very much like to know and discuss with you openly. To show our appreciation to our team who has dedicated their time for us in this unfortunately year, we have allocated a budget for the entire team to fly to Phuoc Quoc for their team-building exercises, to enjoy, relax and to have fun. As one of the leaders of this company, I would disagree with your comments and I hope you can clarify with us openly with your thoughts to have a clearer understanding of each other. Again, I urge you to reveal who you are as I have chosen to address this situation in public and since you have decided to make comments that are not true, I would like to know if you had really worked with us before?

Started from the newbie, working for approximately 2 years through many ups and downs in starting-up time, there were many enhancements including workplace, policy, building activities so far. If you prefer an energetic, flexible and challenging job; this is the one you are looking for, since we always have chances to approach new advanced technologies (AR, VR, transferring data/ locating position through bluetooth), rocketed trends, and creative graphics/ animations/ ideas… Beside tough working time, we also have a relaxing team-building time in badminton court every Friday, which means that work less, play more on that day. Let alone, an annual company trip (usually 2-4 days) and a charity activities. To working environment, it could be said to be friendly, supportive, and professional. Facility is modern and sufficient; everyone has their own Mac Book Pro for working which is supposed to be latest. Last but not least, bracing yourself to any arguments and trouble is advisable, as it always happens in a changeable environment.
