This review has come to my attention and I would like to address it openly to protect the integrity and reputation of my fellow colleagues working hard in Swag Soft Vietnam. Allow me to address a few points that were brought up. - Bosses and leaders were afraid that juniors would become better I believe in hiring people who are smart, with a great attitude and want to succeed in their life. Everyone should improve together. Naturally some will improve at a faster pace so I don't see why we should be upset if a junior can eventually become better than seniors. In fact, I strongly encourage that to happen because over here in Swag Soft, It is not about seniority. It is about how good and how much you have contributed to the company. I hope this is very clear. - No respect for employees I respect everyone of our members, no matter how young or old, how experienced or inexperienced. If you felt someone has disrespected you, I would encourage you to share with me, the details. - Interns got to pay Interns have always been paid because I never believe in people working for free. So I would like to know why this comment was made and please clarify. - Low salary for a start-up We conduct a pay revision for our members every year. When you mention low, it can be very subjective. What is low to you might be fine for others. If you felt that you deserve a higher salary, why not discuss with us instead? We have always operated based on how much a person has contributed to the company and this takes time. I wonder if you think you have spent enough time with us for us to see your contributions?
