Anyone who wants to do mkt base on their own capabilities should avoid this place. Sales strategies or service product come from hospitals, but the Group Commercials Team who get hight salaries, meeting day and night but not daring to make decision, pushing sales targets back to the hospitals without committing KPIs, deliver poor leads. They don’t event understand the industry, most outside giving impractical comment. So is The Group Commercial Department supporting or obstructing?
