Avoid if possible Got rejected 4 minutes after submitting my application. Politely asked for an clarification and got an email from the CEO bragging about his "valuable" 4 minutes spent on my CV.

That's exactly what he said. 4 minute of his time is very "valuable" and enough to seriously consider my application (ironically, the automated email said after thorough consideration, I was rejected) - after 4 minutes of submitting my CV.
that’s not only rude, unprofessional but arrogant and superior af. Surprising that kind of attitude got him a director position. Welp, good riddance for you.
