The Color Club

They changed the name to InBold, should be called HR InBold Club. Seems like HR hold the true power and control of the company(and sometimes abuse it). The company has lost its soul from before, now employees are like walking KPI robots. Have OKR to hold and control employees salaries Its become very cliquish. If you're not part of one, its easy to get pushed out. Also too much gossiping behind your back and some employees try to hard to please Danish colleagues.
