The interview process at TDCX Thailand was very unprofessional, especially with the recruiter from Vietnam, named Le Vi (Zoey). When it came to achieving KPIs, she pressured candidates to complete various tasks for her goals. After 2-3 rounds, when it was time to interview with managers, she did not inform them, causing missed schedule and the interview had to be rescheduled. Even after passing the final interview and receiving an email confirming that I passed, she and THEM (email cc to others) still ghosted. The whole process was disorganized, disrespectful and unprofessional. Even when I provided everything and show my willing to after they come back and tell me to wait, at the end they still GHOST, again. So with this company, nothing can make sure even when you have passed the final interview.
