Hello, Playground Family, 2024 has been one of the most challenging years in our company's history. In the past eight years, we have never faced a period as difficult as this, and I am deeply sorry for the concerns and worries this has caused all of you. I sincerely apologize and want to assure you that we will never become a company that betrays your trust. Since October, financial issues stemming from problems with our Korean clients have put us in a tough spot. This has resulted in delays in salary payments-some of last month's salaries remain unpaid, and today's payroll has also been delayed. I feel truly sorry about this. However, the situation is gradually being resolved, and I promise that all pending salaries will be transferred to Vietnam by next Tueday at the latest. I will make sure this promise is kept.
