During the IT boom of 2020s we hired some hobbyist - developers. They are now all gone and have found peace in happiness in new environments. Now mid 2023 building up again but with very strict hiring procedures so that we can maintain a strong working culture.

the reason VIetnam has more hobbyist than other countries because of the difference in pay with other fields is higher, so people who have more skill to be accountant, seller, work in F&B, youtuber, etc all work in IT
We are very positive we think every person has talents. Sometimes in exit interviews we tell people : IT is nothing for you but you could be a good accountant, or seller, or youtuber, or work in F&B. But strangely afterwards we still find them in IT industry.
