As the Director for OnSolve Vietnam, I consider this company to provide a welcoming and professional environment. Myself and the entire management team here put a lot of effort into making sure we hire the best people and ensure all of our employees have a fulfilling and professional career here. As a new manager in the company, some of the comments do concern me and cause me to reflect. I understand that a change in Director also will cause a change in management style. Some employees will prefer the old approach. But as our company grows and takes on new challenges, our employees should expect to feel some changes and adjust to them. This is not a place where your office environment, responsibilities and job description stay the same every month – if that were the case, the opportunities to develop in your career would be limited. We have a clear feedback policy that I regularly talk about with the team here. I encourage in-person feedback, which is much easier to d iagnose and address. But if this not possible, anonymous feedback can make me at least aware of any problem. I have a track record of addressing problems where they exist. The interview situation was brought to my attention last year when it happened and was addressed. However, vague complaints made publicly and anonymously cannot improve the working environment.
