One On One English

Working here has been a blast. The company is full of young, energetic, and talented people. I particularly enjoy the openness the BOD has with new ideas no matter who they come from. The development team is small so we have a real opportunity to make a impact. We're given the freedom to work remotely 3 days a week(Tuesday-Thursday) which is cool. We do daily standups in the morning over Slack/Zoom when working remotely. The people I've worked with have been super friendly and helpful and I can honestly say sometimes I wish we went to the office more so we could socialize more, lol =). I'll close by saying I also like the startup mentality, "Fuck it, ship it", I've seen. There's no such thing as a perfect solution and the company "gets" that. Get to production & let the customers tell us what they want next.
