The review below is based on my personal observation and opinions. It might not relate to other departments. OoO is a young, dynamic and fast-moving startup. At OoO, everyone can take initiative. As long as you think big, dare to try and step forward, your ideas are always heard and recognised. Here is a zero politics environment so there's a lot of space for you to grow. Unlike local companies, ideas are always welcome as long as you can prove why they work better than the old ways and what other benefits they could bring to the company. OoO is a flat organisation so your problems are often heard by the BOD quickly and sorted out so everyone can move forward as well as grow bigger and faster. Since OoO is a startup and we need to move quickly, this is surely not the place for laid-back people. If you're considering a chill and relaxing working place; where it's purely a 9-5 job, you clock in then clock out, being a robot and your tasks are programm ed, you might not fit in.
