The way they conduct their interview was totally inappropriate and unprofessional. During the 10 minutes of interview, they did not once talk about job related things. But they wanted to know every personal and private information about me. For example, they ask why I made a certain personal choice in life 20 years ago. That's only 1 of at least 20 personal questions they asked. They pushed very ruthlessly into personal boundaries. Surely that's beyond what's needed for a personality assessment. I wish Net Protections leave those job-search websites, and leave the job-search environment clean for the genuine job seekers. My advice to other job seekers out there: if an interview ever begins to feel wrong, dont hesistate to end it. I reminded the interviewer of Net Protection twice, that I wont tell a stranger that I met barely 10 minutes my entire life story. But he pushed on relentlessly. I had no choice but to end it. My interview with Net Protection did not feel like a normal job interview, but felt more like a session with a interrogationist troll. If this is the way Net Protection wish to continue, then they should get off ITViec, Vietnamworks... , and stop trying to setup business in Vietnam. If they did what they've done in another country, they would face legal troubles.
