Above expectation for a startup! CEO was very caring, guided intern well and asked for what do they want to achieve from the internship, then creating a job scope that matches. Work ethics are fine. Mostly On-time-on-target, so OT is expected if required. But remote work is also very possible. Overall I would say that the company is still finding a firm ground. Perfect for someone who looks for an agile and creative company.
