Before I get into talking about that SHIT company, I want to make it clear that everything I'm about to say is true. I'm not the only one who had problems with the management team at Branches's GSP Vietnam, especially with the Business Manager and Marketing Manager (i don't even consider her proper MM because she didn't earn the title based on her abilities). They treated all of us employees terribly, using tactics like micromanaging talking badly about us to clients, not giving clear introductions, and having unprofessional behavior like yelling in the office. Working at GSP Vietnam branches is not great for anyone looking for a good workplace. They don't help employees develop skills or career paths. The managers really need to brush up on their people skills because they don't seem to care about anyone but themselves and make deals with clients. They treat us like garbage, even though they're the ones who hired us. Who's lacking professionalism here? I might not have been lucky working there, but I know that what I and my lovely coworker did was right. Time will show who's in the wrong sis oy. The quote that sticks out most in my memory is : " Đứa nào đòi tăng lương thì cho cút/ Không có mấy đứa thì các chị cũng tự nhảy đươc/ mấy con khùng agencies lại lên cơn nửa rồi..."
