The interview process was unprofessional. When it came to hitting KPIs, they were extremely attentive to candidates, but once that was done, they ghosted us. Meanwhile, the job posting remained active just to continue collecting applications. During the interview, the conversation was more emotionally than logically. They claimed that they were looking for someone who fit well with the company culture - someone who doesn’t create drama and always respect and support for one aother. However, their actions were the opposite. They behaved arrogantly and seemed to take pleasure in putting others down.
