The work environment is extremely bad. Staff are frequently put at risk due to inadequate safety measures during operations, especially at warehouse. Moreover, the management culture is terrible. Issues are often pushed down to lower-level manager & employees, with little support from the high management levels. You also have to be careful when raising concerns, especially those directed at the CEO, often results in retaliatory actions, including termination. This creates a "shitty" work environment where employees feel they cannot voice their concerns without fear of severe consequences. Overall, I would advise caution to those considering joining the company, as the working conditions and management approach can be difficult to navigate. The name Bericap can be OK at other country but not this Vietnam plant.

HR nói chuyện bố láo với nhân viên cấp dưới. Hách dịch với cô chú lao công. Nói xấu người lao động sau khi họ nghỉ việc. Sếp tổng thì cắt bớt quyền lợi của nhân viên. Ai đời đi training bắt ở tập thể, nam nữ ở chung. Đi công tác thì bắt chi li tiền ăn uống. Đi chung thì mình ở 5 sao bắt nhân viên ở ks thường. Nịnh sếp nước ngoài, báo cáo láo. Nhân viên dưới quyền thì hách dịch. Ai ko nịnh ổng, nghe lời răm rắp, là ổng đì. Hay giành công, đổ lỗi.

Công ty mác của Đức, mà là Đức Hoà, Đức Huệ HR thì bố láo, còn tổng người Mã lai nên văn hoá hãm không kém.... phúc lợi ít, hãm thì nhiều (ông tổng người Mã lai chuyên mạt xát nhân viên, chèn ép, đồ thừa, giành công, nịnh bợ)
