In Inception Labs, you will work with a patient, enthusiastic mentor (Ryan). He will offer his expertise to assist you in software development, also show his great patience and a tremendous help when you lack working experiences. You won't face pressure from a project manager or a team leader, because Inception Labs doesn't have such people, you will be your own leader or project manager. When you have problems or something hard to say, just say them directly to your manager(Emma). She will try her best and sincere attitude to help you overcome those difficult situations. When I worked here, I asked my manager about the software engineer criteria twice, but they didn't give me a satisfied answer. What if my manager gave me a better satisfaction, I wouldn't quit the job.
